Student Background/Interests

I graduated from Central Michigan University with a B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology. My Undergraduate research was done in the lab of Dr. Gary Dunbar studying the use of stem cell therapy in the treatment of Huntington's disease. My current research interests lie within neural plasticity and how applications can be used in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases. I plan to complete my first rotation in the lab of Dr. Lookingland.
